We have been given an hour and 15 minutes for our poster displays and sharing, so we need a roomful of creative presentation. These poster presentation are an opportunity for us to share some of our best practices in staff development, highlighting our ideas and successes in the training and development of our staff. It is a great way to share and ignite the creative energy of others who could use or implement in some way your idea. I have asked Julia to put the poster palooza on this weeks agenda so that we could begin to compile those who will be participating. It is not essential that you have your exact idea flushed out but wanted you to maar your calendars for May 15th and begin to think about what you could share with the group.
